Washing Instructions:

1. Remove memory foam layer, fold liner over fiber, and zip cover closed prior to washing.
2. Machine wash in warm water, with no chlorine additive.
3. Tumble dry on low heat.

Instructions For Use:

• Upon receiving your pillow, remove it from its compressed packaging.
• Fluff the pillow vigorously by punching and pulling the sides for 10-20 seconds.

Adjustment Process:

Side Sleepers:

• Lie on the pillow without removing any fiber initially.
• If the pillow feels too tall, remove some fiber and try again.
• Repeat until you find your ideal comfort level.

Back Sleepers:

• Remove approximately 1/4 of the fiber and store it in the fiber storage bag.
• Lay on the pillow for 5-10 minutes.
• If the pillow feels too high, remove more fiber.
• For more loft, add fiber back.
• Repeat until you find your preferred comfort level.

Stomach Sleepers:

• Remove approximately 1/3 of the fiber.
• Fluff the pillow by punching and pulling the sides.
• Lay on the pillow for 5-10 minutes.
• If the pillow feels too high, remove additional fiber.
• For more loft, add fiber back.
• Repeat until you find your desired comfort level.
