Instructions for Use:

1. Loosen Straps: Loosen the two elastic side pull straps.
2. Position Support: Place the support across your back with the bottom edge over the Coccyx (tailbone).
3. Fasten Internal Suspender: Secure the internal suspender in place.
4. Close Support: Insert hands into closure assists and close the support securely, ensuring a generous overlap.
5. Adjust Straps: Grasp the side pulls and stretch them out and down to provide maximum inward and upward lift.
6. Fasten Straps: Secure the side pull straps to the front panel of the support.
