Dual Comfort CorPaks Hot or Cold Therapy Packs give a versatile solution for reducing headaches, pain, and inflammation related to strains, sprains, and soft tissue injuries. Effortlessly store these packs in the freezer for immediate cold therapy when required. This product remain soft and flexible, contouring comfortably to painful places. Apply cold therapy to decrease pain and inflammation or warm them in the microwave for muscle relaxation. Adjustable straps ensure compression and check the pack to the injured place, permit hands to remain free for daily activities. The packs feature two outer surfaces for controlled therapy. The light blue, soft surface delivers quick hot or cold therapy, while the plush, dark blue surface gives a slower release of hot or cold therapy. It contain more non-toxic, biodegradable fill than other packs, securing longer retention of cold and heat. The soft, frost-free pack is gentle on the skin and doesn't require wrapping in a towel.

Instructions of Use:

• Use hot or cold as needed, For cold therapy, store in the freezer. For heat therapy, microwave for 30 seconds, then continue heating in 10-second intervals until reaching the desired temperature
• Shake it after each heating interval
• 3""x5"" Pack Instructions: For heat therapy, microwave the pack for 15 seconds, then continue heating in 5-second intervals till you reach your desired temperature
