Inside the pack are two linked balls that help apply targeted pressure to the affected areas. The pack can be used at room temperature or stored in the freezer for instant cold therapy when needed. Even when frozen, the pack remains soft and flexible, conforming comfortably to painful areas. The pack features two exterior surfaces for controlled therapy. The light blue, soft surface delivers cold therapy quickly, while the plush, dark blue surface provides a slower release of cold therapy. This frost-free pack can be used directly on the skin without the need for a towel. Simply position the pack with the balls over the pressure points at the base of the skull or lower back, and apply pressure to ease pain and reduce inflammation.

For cold therapy, store the pack in the freezer for at least one hour before use. The pack will maintain its therapeutic temperature for approximately 20 minutes and can be reused multiple times.
