Instructions for Use:

• Step 1: Remove the face cradle, riser blocks, and bolster from elastic straps.
• Step 2: Attach the riser blocks to the face cradle using the hook and loop surfaces.
• Step 3: Unfold the body wedge and place with flat side down.
• Step 4: Attach the face cradle to the body wedge using hook and loop surfaces.
• Step 5: Position the bolster under the ankles after the body is positioned on the cushion.
• To help protect the cloth cover version of this product from unnecessary soiling, use a towel or sheet as a barrier between the body and cushions.
