Instruction

• Start by wearing the support for 20-30 minutes daily and then increasing to 1-2 hours to develop muscle memory. It's suggest to wear an undershirt for added comfort.
• Wear the product like a backpack, ensuring the apple tag faces outward
• Check the waist belt applying the hook and loop closure and with the right panel overlapping the left. The support should fit comfortably
• Tighten the shoulder straps by pulling the tension straps outward and forward. Fix the tensioning straps to the loop on the waist belt and adjust according to your comfort.

• Close all hook and loop to prevent damage to fabrics
• Hand wash regularly with mild soap in cold water
• Hang to dry; do not dry it in machine
