Simply wrap and secure the support around your knee, adjusting the four-way tensioning system for a snug fit and improved stability. The open knee design reduces pressure and discomfort, while the popliteal cutout ensures breathability and prevents overheating during activities. 
Engineered with two spiral stays on each side of the patella, this support provides optimal stability and helps stabilize the knee during movement. The 1/8" / 3mm thick neoprene construction retains body heat, promoting healing and reducing pain. Additionally, the adjustable closures accommodate variations in swelling, ensuring a customized and comfortable fit for every user.

Instruction for use:

• Step 1: Unfasten four-way tensioning tabs and keep them loose.
• Step 2: Place the support with the longest strap at the top and align the vertical cut-out with your patella while keeping your knee slightly bent.
• Step 3: Secure the bottom closure just below your knee.
• Step 4: Adjust the support so the vertical cut-out is centered over the patella.
• Step 5: Wrap and secure the top closure above your knee.
• Step 6: Pull and secure the tensioning tabs for a snug fit. Repeat for the remaining tabs as necessary.
• Step 7: Make any adjustments for comfort and support.
