Instructions for Use:

• Back Sleeping: Begin with the smaller diameter lobe (1) and increase support by using the larger diameter lobe (2) if needed.
• Side Sleeping: Utilize the raised areas of the pillow for side sleeping. (3)

Washing Instructions:

• Hand Wash: Cold water with mild soap.
• Drying: Dry flat; do not machine dry.
