Instructions for Use:

1. To use suspenders, locate the tab at the back of the suspenders and secure to the interior at the center of the support.
2. Loosen the two elastic side pulls.
3. Position the support across the back with the bottom edge over the Coccyx (tailbone).
4. Grasp the side pulls and stretch them out and down to provide maximum inward and upward lift.
5. Fasten the suspenders to the front panel of the support.
6. Tighten suspenders as needed using the slide buckle. Note: Tension on side pulls may be released for comfort when not lifting.

Washing Instructions:

1. Close all hook and loop fasteners to prevent damage to other fabrics.
2. Regularly hand wash cold with mild soap.
3. Hang to dry; do not machine dry.
