Corflo Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy Jejunal (PEG-J) Feeding Tube is constructed from radiopaque polyurethane and includes a tungsten-weighted tip, stylet, and centimeter markings. The Corflo PEG-J Over-the-Wire Feeding Tube is also a radiopaque polyurethane feeding tube designed for placement using endoscopic guidance over a flexible guidewire. Both types are intended for delivering nutrition, fluids, and medications to patients who cannot meet their dietary needs through normal chewing and swallowing.
Indications for Use
The Corflo Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy Jejunal (PEG-J) Feeding Tube with ENFit Connectors is intended to provide enteral nutrition, hydration, and medication administration for patients who are unable to swallow safely or adequately.

Male-ended Luer syringes are not compatible with this product.
Instructions
- Close PEG-J Adaptor caps.
- Cut the PEG tube squarely.
- Wipe the end of the PEG tube.
- Untwist the skirt from the PEG-J Adaptor.
- Put the PEG tube through the narrow end of the skirt.
- Push the PEG tube onto the barbed end of the PEG-J Adaptor.
- IMPORTANT: PUSH OVER BARB UNTIL TUBE STOP IS REACHED.
- Twist and push the skirt on until the skirt's stop is reached.
Warning: Placement and use of any jejunal feeding tube may result in minor patient discomfort. Infrequently occurring factors as a result of use or misuse of any jejunal feeding tube may include pneumothorax, GI perforation, aspiration, allergic reaction, tissue irritation or necrosis, burn from gastric fluid, contamination, delay in diagnosis, delay or misdose in medication or nutrition, and related complications or the need for additional medical procedures.
Note: The orange cap on the side arm has been fixed closed in compliance with NPSA/2007/19. Do not attempt to remove this cap.
