Cutimed Epiona Collagen Dressing

Cutimed Epiona is a sterile collagen alginate dressing made of 90% native bovine collagen and 10% calcium alginate. Featuring an open-pore 3D Matrix Technology that closely mimics human dermis, it provides a natural scaffold to promote tissue regeneration and accelerate healing in chronic or non-healing wounds.

Directions for use:

• Remove dry or necrotic tissue before application
• After enzymatic debridement, clean the wound with sterile saline or Ringer's solution
• Apply directly to the entire wound bed for optimal contact
• For wounds with minimal exudate, moisten dressing with saline or Ringer�s solution before application
• Cover with a suitable secondary dressing to maintain a moist wound environment
• Reapply every 72 hours or as needed based on exudate levels unabsorbed matrix can remain in the wound

• Venous leg ulcers
• Pressure injuries
• Ulcers of mixed vascular origin
• Traumatic and surgical wounds

Wear time: The biodegradable matrix is naturally absorbed by the body. Reapplication is recommended every 72 hours, depending on wound exudate and clinical assessment.
