Directions for use:
- Cleanse the wound and wash hands according to good clinical practice.
- Ensure surrounding skin is clean and dry before application.
- Select an appropriate dressing size that overlaps the wound edges.
- Open the sterile pouch carefully and remove the dressing.
- Remove the protective film and apply the adherent side to the wound surface.
- Avoid stretching the dressing during application.
- Secure with an appropriate secondary dressing or fixation method.
- May be used on infected wounds in combination with antimicrobial therapy under medical supervision.
- Can be used alongside other dressings such as hydrogels for dry or necrotic wounds.
How to remove:
- Gently remove any fixation and lift Cutimed Siltec Plus carefully from the wound.
- If needed, cleanse the wound area before applying a new dressing.

Wear time: Cutimed Siltec Plus can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition and dressing saturation. Initially, it is recommended to change the dressing every 24 hours, then less frequently as appropriate.
