Cymed Hydrocolloid Washers offer additional protection and support to the skin around the stoma without sacrificing comfort. Cymed's washers are a specially formulated pectin-based hydrocolloid that is naturally derived from citrus peel. Washers can provide wound absorption and longer wear time while also providing minor convexity for recessed stomas.
