We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange a standard, unused item, we are happy to assist within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA) before shipping any items back.

Q. How do I choose the right size?
A. Measure your head circumference at the eyebrow level and refer to the sizing chart. The Halo Helmet comes in sizes XXS to XXL, covering head circumferences from 17½" to 26¼". Accurate measurement ensures a secure and comfortable fit.

Q. What features enhance comfort and safety?
A. The helmet includes 5/8" shock-absorbent forehead foam, adjustable crisscross straps for stability, and a snap-closure chinstrap for easy wear. The open-top design promotes ventilation, keeping the wearer cool during extended use.

Q. Is the helmet easy to maintain?
A. The vinyl-coated foam construction is both soft and durable, and it can be cleaned easily with soap and water, making it highly caregiver-friendly.

Q. Are there options for additional protection?
A. For extra impact resistance, you can add a chin guard (item 9823) or a foam visor (item 3468). Custom colors and modifications are also available but may require 7–10 business days to fabricate.

Q. Can I return a customized or modified helmet?
A. Due to the personalized nature of custom helmets, customized and non-standard size helmets are non-returnable. Please confirm sizing and options before ordering.
