Q. How do I clean and maintain the helmet?
A. The vinyl-coated foam lining can be cleaned easily using soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to maintain the integrity of the material.
Q. What color options are available?
A. Standard foam colors include Casa Tan, Pink, Royal Blue, Black and other Premium Color options on request. The outer hard shell is creamy white by default, except for Black foam, which comes with a Black outer hard shell. Black outer shells are not available in size XXL.
Q. How do I determine the correct size?
A. To find the right size, measure the circumference of the Head at eyebrow level, Occipital (back of the head) and Ear-to-Ear dimensions help ensure a proper fit. Use the sizing chart to match the measurement with the correct helmet size.
Q. Is the faceguard adjustable or removable?
A. The standard faceguard is fixed to the helmet, but different customization options are available, including extra-long faceguards and variations with different ventilation openings.

A. Yes, the helmet can be customized with a solid faceguard, faceguards with ventilation holes, or a combination of solid and ventilated areas to suit individual needs.

A. A variety of modifications are available, including hard shell or soft foam ear coverings, rear extensions, reinforced liners, quick-release chin straps, and eyeglass relief areas. Custom strapping systems can also be added for a more secure fit.

A. Custom and non-standard size helmets require 7-10 business days for fabrication. Please note that custom orders are non-returnable.
