We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange a standard, unused item, we are happy to assist within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA) before shipping any items back.

• Items returned after the initial 30-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.
• To ensure a smooth return process, all items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and shipped at the customer's expense.

Q. What does the Danmar Helmet Pad Kit include?
A. The kit includes one 7633 Crown Pad, four 7634 Liner Pads, and one 7635 Liner Cushion—designed to improve helmet fit, comfort, and stability for medical and safety use.

Q. How do the liner pads help with helmet sizing?
A. Liner pads measure 3" x 3.5" x 0.25" and have a self-adhesive backing. They reduce helmet circumference for users between sizes, offering up to 2" of fit adjustment depending on the selected strip thickness (¼” or ½”).

Q. Are the pads removable and washable?
A. The Crown Pad is non-adhesive, easily removable, and washable for hygienic reuse. The Liner Pads and foam strips are adhesive-backed and not intended for repositioning after application.

Q. Can these pads be trimmed or adjusted for custom fit?
A. The 20” x 2” vinyl-coated foam strips can be cut to desired lengths. Test placement with tape before applying to ensure proper fit, as adhesive is permanent.

Q. Are these pads compatible with other medical devices?
A. In addition to Danmar helmets, the pad kit can also be used to adjust the fit of Hensinger head support collars and similar adaptive devices.

Q. What materials are used, and are they safe for sensitive users?
A. The pads are made from closed-cell, shock-absorbent foam with a vinyl coating—offering durability, comfort, and easy cleaning. They are latex-free and suitable for individuals with sensitivities.
