Dufore Four-Layer Compression Bandage

Derma Dufore Four-Layer Compression Bandaging System is made to provide efficient progressive compression for up to seven days. The most essential factor in controlling venous leg ulcers is sustained compression. The bandaging system has four layers and is hypoallergenic.

Dufore 4 Layer Compression Bandage System comprises four layers:

• The first layer, a padding absorption layer, padding bony prominences, evenly distributes compression over the leg and absorbs exudate.
• The second layer offers short-stretch compression by preventing calf muscle expansion during limb movement.
• Third and fourth-layer elastic compression bandages can effectively reduce edema and enhance venous return.
