DermaCol 100 Collagen Sheet is an absorbent microfibrillar type I bovine collagen dressing designed for the management of moderately to heavily exuding wounds and the control of minor bleeding. Applied directly to the wound bed, the collagen sheet begins absorbing excess exudate that may interfere with tissue regeneration while helping create a physiologically favorable environment that supports the natural wound healing process.

How to Apply
- Use under the guidance of a healthcare professional
- Prepare the wound site and surrounding skin according to standard practice
- Apply DermaCol 100 Collagen Sheet to cover the entire wound surface
- Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing
- Dressing may remain in place for up to 7 days, as clinically indicated
Indications for Use
DermaCol 100 Collagen Sheet is indicated for the management of moderately to heavily exuding wounds and for control of minor bleeding, including:
- Pressure injuries and pressure ulcers
- Venous stasis ulcers and venous ulcers
- Diabetic ulcers and diabetic foot wounds
- Acute wounds, including trauma and surgical wounds
- Partial-thickness burns
- Chronic wounds
Contraindications
- Do not use on patients with a known allergy or sensitivity to bovine collagen.
Warnings & Precautions
- Wounds may appear larger during the first several days of treatment due to reduction of swelling
- Increased wound drainage may be observed during the initial days of use
- If adverse reactions persist beyond 3 to 5 days, discontinue use and consult a physician
Storage Requirements
- Store in a cool, dry environment
- Keep away from direct sunlight
- Protect product integrity prior to use
