Dermagran Zinc-Saline Hydrogel Dressing Gel comes in a 3 oz tube and is used to cover uneven and difficult-to-reach areas. Dermagran Hydrogel Dressing Gel can be used to rehydrate sloughy or necrotic tissue and improve autolytic debridement. It provides a moderately acidic environment that promotes epidermal growth.
Dermagran Zinc-Saline Hydrogel Dressing Gel has zinc-nutrient technology that aids in tissue restoration. On minimally draining wounds, it creates a moist wound environment that promotes wound healing.

Instructions for using Dermagran Hydrogel Dressing Gel:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water
- Remove the cap from the tube
- Squeeze a small amount of gel onto a piece of sterile gauze
- Apply the gel to the wound, making sure it completely covers the wound bed
- Apply a secondary dressing to absorb any extra exudate if the wound is draining
- Use tape or a bandage to keep the dressing in place
