How to Apply

• Spray DermaKlenz PLUS directly on and around the wound area, or
• Spray onto a gauze pad and gently cleanse the wound
• Ensure the wound is thoroughly cleaned before applying subsequent dressings

Indications for Use

DermaKlenz PLUS Antimicrobial Wound Cleanser is intended for hygienic wound management, including:

• Stage I–IV pressure injuries
• Partial- and full-thickness wounds
• Diabetic foot and leg ulcers
• Post-surgical wounds
• First- and second-degree burns
• Grafted and donor sites
• Minor skin irritations

Contraindications

• Do not use in individuals with known hypersensitivity or intolerance to any component of the product

• A temporary mild burning or stinging sensation may occur when first applied to broken skin
