How to Apply
- Prepare the wound area according to standard wound care protocols

- Apply the dressing with the silicone adhesive side in contact with the wound
- Ensure the dressing adheres securely to surrounding skin
- Change the dressing as clinically indicated or when exudate levels require replacement
Indications for Use
ComfortFoam Ag is indicated for the management of exuding wounds, including:
- Leg and foot ulcers
- Pressure injuries
- Traumatic wounds
- Surgical wounds
- Superficial burns
- Partial-thickness burns
Contraindications
- Should not be used on patients with a known sensitivity or allergy to silver or any other component of the dressing
Warnings & Precautions
- Do not use with oxidizing agents such as hypochlorite solutions or hydrogen peroxide
- Do not use during radiation treatment
- Do not use during diagnostic or therapeutic procedures including:
- X-ray
- Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
- Ultrasound
- Diathermy
- Avoid contact with electrodes or conductive gels during electronic measurements such as ECG or EEG
Storage Requirements
- Store in a dry location
- Maintain room temperature conditions between 59°F and 86°F (15°C–30°C).
