Active Ingredients

How to Apply
- Cleanse the wound according to local infection control protocols
- Ensure surrounding skin is clean and dry; apply skin barrier prep if needed
- Cut the dressing to size if required
- Apply directly to the wound, ensuring full contact with the wound bed
- Dressing may be rolled or layered to lightly pack tunneling or undermined wounds
- Secure with an appropriate cover dressing
Indications for Use
DermaBlue+ Foam is indicated for moderately to heavily exuding partial- to full-thickness wounds, including:
- Pressure ulcers
- Leg ulcers and venous ulcers
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Graft wounds and donor sites
- Skin tears
- Surgical wounds
- Lacerations and abrasions
- First- and second-degree burns
Contraindications
- Should not be used on patients with known sensitivity to silver or any component of the dressing
- Not indicated for third-degree burns
Warnings & Precautions
- For single use only
- Dressing is sterile unless the package is opened or damaged
- Do not re-sterilize
- Discontinue use if signs of an allergic reaction develop
