HydraFoam Hydrophilic Foam Dressing

How to Apply

• Cleanse the wound according to standard wound care protocols

Indications for Use

HydraFoam is indicated as a primary dressing for the management of:

• Acute wounds
• Chronic wounds
• Partial- and full-thickness wounds
• Wounds with moderate to heavy exudate

Contraindications

• Do not use if there is a known sensitivity or allergy to the dressing or any of its components

Warnings & Precautions

• For external use only
• Monitor the wound regularly and change the dressing based on wound condition and exudate levels
• Discontinue use if irritation or sensitivity occurs

Storage Requirements

• Store in a dry location
• Keep at room temperature (59°F–86°F).
