Directions for applying Callus Pads:

• Begin with a clean and dry foot
• Gently peel the pad from the paper backing
• Position the cushion so that the U-shaped opening comfortably surrounds the callus or tender area
• For skin health, remember to remove the cushion for at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow your skin to breathe
