Drive Medical Levantar Battery Powered Floor Lift

Drive Medical Levantar floor lift is battery operated to lift a client from the floor and transfer either to a chair, bed or toilet seat. By utilizing a six-point cradle, Levantar lift can be used with a variety of lift slings and creates a wider footprint to reduce the amount of sling squeeze felt by the patient. The lift will stop safely if a caregiver gets in the way of the boom arm. As well it is equipped with Smart & Safety technology with LCD display. With the ability to lift up to 500 lbs., this lift operates using battery power to easily lift even heavier patients. With an outstanding height range, the lift is able to lift a patient off the floor and transfer them to a wide variety of locations.

• Any alteration, modification, or repair unless performed by or authorized in writing by the manufacturer will void this warranty.
• This device was built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment.
• This Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of confidence in the materials and workmanship of products and assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service.
• This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to wearable components.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
• All returns must include an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Returned products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, and in their original packaging. The return must be made at the customer's expense.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• All freight charges, fuel surcharges, handling fees, and additional freight services are non-refundable.
• Hygiene products cannot be returned once opened or used due to health concerns.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
