AEL Dynaform Chest Support: One-Piece With Buckle Closure

Dynaform Chest Support one-piece with buckle closure has a single buckle style of connector making application easy for both user/caregiver. It can be mounted to a solid wheelchair back or wheelchair uprights. Dynaform chest support prevents the user from falling forward but still allows for rotation of shoulders. The comfortable Neoprene panel contacts the front and sides of the client.

Note: Chest Supports should always be used with a pelvic support (i.e. hip belt) to prevent the client from sliding down in the seat.

Any product found to be defective in material and workmanship during normal use will be repaired or replaced according to the schedule below:

• Soft Goods - 1 Year
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Items must be returned in their unopened original packaging at the customer's expense.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
• All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. You can request an RGA by contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Non-Configured Products: These are any products that were not customized to your order (e.g., unpainted parts, accessories, standard seating). You can return them within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fee, even if due to customer error. However, original shipping costs and credit card/PayPal processing fees may be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee
• Configured Products: These are products that are custom-built to your order. There is a 40% restocking fee on all returns of configured products.
• This is a hygiene item. It can only be returned if unopened and in its original packaging. Approved return requests will be accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom fabricated products may not be returned.
