Eclypse Adherent Super Absorbent Dressing

Eclypse Adherent is a super absorbent dressing with a soft silicone contact layer. The soft silicone layer provides convenient gentle adherence to dry skin, without sticking to the wound bed. This will dramatically, reduce or even eliminate any pain or tissue damage upon removal. The dressing has a rapid wicking technology combined with the highly absorbent moisture locking system. The absorbent layer provides a large capacity with rapid fluid uptake forming a gel on contact with exudate. The backing is a water resistant barrier film to prevent strike-through with a high moisture vapour transfer rate prolonging wear ability.

Features

• Pain free dressing removal thanks to the soft silicone contact layer that will only adhere to dry skin around the wound bed.
• Adjustable without losing its adherent properties, or causing pain.
• Rapid wicking contact layer combined with the highly absorbent Crystal Lock moisture locking system.
• The absorbent layer holds a large capacity of fluid with rapid uptake, forming a gel on contact with exudate.
• The third layer spreads exudate evenly across the dressing, preventing bulging in any one area, which maintains sub-bandage pressure.
• The backing is a water resistant barrier film to prevent strike-through with a high moisture vapor transfer rate prolonging wearability.

Indications:

• Moderate to heavily exuding wounds including: Leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, sloughy or granulating wounds, post operative sutured or dehisced wounds, fungating wounds, donor sites and patients with fragile skin
• Can be used as a Primary dressing on wounds where exudate management is required in a clean wound
• As a Secondary dressing for exudate management, where another primary dressing has been applied for treatment of the wound bed e.g. Collagen, Manuka Honey or Alginate

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
