Embecta AutoShield Duo Safety Insulin Pen Needle

Embecta AutoShield Duo Safety Insulin Pen Needle has a front shield that automatically covers the needle before and after an injection, and a second shield that passively covers the back end needle after injection, helping to reduce the risk of accidental needle stick injuries. Additionally, the front shield helps conceal the needle to reduce injection related anxiety. This has a 5mm needle which fits with current AADE guidelines for diabetes injection needle length and is suitable for all patients regardless of age, race, or BMI. This is the only pen needle that passively covers the front and back needles, eliminating exposure after use.
