Preparation: Use only as directed by a healthcare professional. Ensure proper hygiene, preparation, and storage. Powdered formulas are not sterile. Consult a doctor for premature infants or those with compromised immunity.

• Wash your hands before preparation.
• Measure water into the bottle and add powder.
• Cap and SHAKE WELL before feeding.

Warning: Do not heat in a microwave. Serious burns may result. Feed immediately or store covered in refrigerator at 35–40°F (2–4°C) for no more than 24 hours. Do not use unrefrigerated formula for more than 2 hours. Discard formula 1 hour after feeding begins. Do not freeze.

Storage: Keep powder at room temperature. After opening, store in a dry area with the lid tightly closed and use within 1 month.
