Preparation and Use

Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use, and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby’s doctor. Ask your baby’s doctor which formula is appropriate for your baby. Consult your baby’s doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and whether clean utensils, bottles, and nipples should be boiled in water before use.

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.
• Pour the desired amount of water into the bottle.
• Add the appropriate amount of powder.
• Cap the bottle, shake well, and feed immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Storage/Handling: Store powder at room temperature and avoid extreme temperatures. After opening, keep the lid tightly closed, store in a dry area, and use the contents within 1 month. Use the tub with Enfamil NeuroPro Infant formula only. To help maintain freshness and prevent bacterial growth, ensure the tub is clean and completely dry before refilling. Empty the tub and wipe with a clean, dry cloth prior to reuse.

WARNING: Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may result.
