EquaCare Jr Pediatric Oral Supplement is a hypoallergenic, nutritionally complete amino acid-based formula for children with severe protein allergy and various GI disorders. EquaCare Jr. is a medical food for age one year and older. EquaCare Jr. is made up of 100% free amino acid as the protein source. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and do not contain food allergens and shown to be well tolerated among children with severe protein allergies and GI disorders. Each can of EquaCare Jr. contains 400 grams of formula.

Directions for Use

Unflavored: Measure required amount of water into a clean container. Add prescribed amount of EquaCare Jr. (use the scoop provided and refer to mixing guide for usage rate) powder to the container (for best results EquaCare Jr. should be weighed on a scale that measures in grams). Cover the container and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved and feed. If not used within 1 hour of mixing, refrigerate the container of prepared formula and use within 24 hours of mixing.

• 4.5 fl oz of water with 4 scoops (34.4 g) of EquaCare Jr Unflavored powder makes approximately 5.5 fl oz.
• 6.5 fl oz of water with 6 scoops (51.6 g) of EquaCare Jr Unflavored powder makes approximately 7.5 fl oz.
