EvaCare Marland Silicone Pessary is used for stress incontinence and minor prolapse. It is available both with and without support in seven different sizes. The Mar-Land pessary offers excellent support for moderate to extensive cystocele, as well as providing support for the bladder neck in managing stress incontinence.
