Contraindications

• Do not re-sterilize or reuse.
• Sterilized via EO gas for single use only.
• Once opened, use immediately or discard.
• Inspect packaging before use — do not use if seal is damaged or expired.

Operating Instructions

• Open the package by peeling from the top edge.
• Attach to syringe or female Luer connector using aseptic technique — hold hub and twist clockwise.
• Prepare the syringe with fluid per standard practice.
• Remove the cap and perform the procedure following clinical guidelines.
• Dispose of the needle directly into a sharps container after use.

Storage

• Store at room temperature (15°C–25°C / 59°F–77°F).
• Protect from high heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
• Keep in a cool, dry environment.

Warnings/Precautions

• Use caution to prevent accidental needle sticks.
• Do not recap the needle after use.
• Single-use only — discard immediately after use per facility protocols.
• Do not use if the needle is bent or damaged. Do not attempt to straighten.
• Avoid excessive bending — angles >25° (regular wall) or >20° (thin wall) may cause breakage.
• Do not reuse or reprocess — reuse may lead to contamination or disease transmission.
