Exos long thumb spica with BOA offers primary stabilization for the first
metacarpophalangeal (MCP) joint and first carpometacarpal (CMC) joints,
along with secondary support for the radiocarpal and radioulnar wrist
joints. It is designed to provide stability for injuries to the base of the
thumb at the CMC joint, such as Bennett�s or Rolando�s fractures, and to
stabilize a painful CMC joint. It is useful for confirmed or suspected
navicular (scaphoid) fractures and injuries or arthritis involving the
trapezium or trapezoid bones of the wrist. The thumb spica is latex-free.
The brace features the BOA Fit System, a micro-adjustable performance fit
system with high-quality, durable materials. This system allows for precise
adjustments, ensuring a seamless connection between the equipment and the
