  • FecalSwab™ comprises of a regular Copan FloqSwab™ and a shatterproof, screw cap tube containing 2 mL of modified cary-blair medium
  • Easy-to-use - using the flocked swab provided in the fecal swab collection kit, a small quantity of sample can be transferred into the tube by medical staff or by a technologist after the specimen has been provided by the patient; FecalSwab™ can also be used to take a rectal swab sample
  • Easy-to-transport - FecalSwab™ semi solid system simplifies and streamlines fecal sample collection, transport and processing, the shatterproof compact tubes, instead of bulky fecal specimen containers, save space and make it easier to transport to the laboratory
