Fibracol Plus dressing combines the structural support of collagen with the exudate management of alginate. Fibracol Plus is an advanced wound care dressing with 90% collagen composition. Fibracol Plus is a soft, conformable sheet that can be cut to fit any size wound. Fibracol Plus combines with exudate to maintain moist wound environment, enabling rapid rate of healing, yet it maintains its initial integrity when wet. Fibracol Plus is non-adherent so it removes easily and leaves wound free of fiber.
