- Active ingredient (in each tablet) - Diphenhydramine HCl 25 mg
- Purpose - Antihistamine
- Uses: runny nose, itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, common cold: runny nose, sneezing
Warnings
When using the product:
- Marked drowsiness may occur.
- Avoid alcoholic beverages.
- Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may cause more drowsiness.
- Exercise caution when driving or operating machinery, as excitement may arise, particularly in children.
Do not use
- to make a child sleepy
- with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
Ask and inform a doctor before use if you have
- a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
- glaucoma
- difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland
- inform pharmacist if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers
- Pregnant or breast-feeding
- Keep out of reach of children
Directions
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Take every 4 to 6 hours or as directed by a doctor.
- Limit to 6 times per 24 hours.
