Geri-Care Guaiasorb DM Cold and Cough Relief is a dual-action cough syrup designed to provide quick and effective relief from both dry and wet cough. With Dextromethorphan HBr (cough suppressant) and Guaifenesin (expectorant), it helps control coughs, loosen mucus, and relieve chest congestion.

Active ingredient (in each 5mL teaspoonful): Guaifenesin, USP 100mg

Inactive ingredients:

Uses:

• Helps loosen phlegm (mucus) and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive

Directions:

• 12 years and over: 2 to 4 teaspoonfuls every 4 hours
• Children under 12 years: ask a doctor

Warnings:

• Do not exceed recommended dose adults and children
• Do not take more than 6 doses in a 24 hour period
• Do not use if foil seal over bottle opening is torn, broken, or missing
• Store at room temperature 15°- 30°C (59°-86°F)

Do not use:

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

• Cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition.
