The GoTalk 20+ Lite Touch offers amazing sound quality with features including volume control, record lock, level lock, fast level erasure, simple sequential recording, and integrated overlay storage. The GoTalk Plus Lite Touch can be used for educational purposes, speech and articulation practice, peer communication, giving directions, communicating during medical procedures, and much more! Students can utilize this device—or any other GoTalk—in a variety of contexts, including the community, workplace, school, clinic, and home.

• Attainment's GoTalk products are warranted for a period of Two (2) year from the date of delivery.
• This warranty covers material and workmanship defects or defects in the manufacturing process for two years from the original date of purchase.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover inspection, handling and repackaging.
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and must be clearly marked on all cartons and correspondence.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund
• Any damage due to use, mishandling or improper packing of the return will be noted and deducted from the credit issued.
