HEADALOFT is the ideal head support add-on solution because it is compatible with all seating and mobility devices that have a headrest. It is simple to install and can be swiftly transferred between wheelchairs, car seats, or any other seat with a headrest to which the HEADALOFT can be attached.

HeadAloft Occipital Support: The innovative occipital support cushion is an essential accessory that provides extra support and comfort. It is easy to install and machine washable.

• Manufacturer warrants that all products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, including damage caused by misuse or neglect.
• This warranty does not extend to non-durable parts, which are subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement.
• Use of non-original manufacturer parts/accessories will void the warranty.
• If the product is repaired or altered by anyone other than from whom it is purchased will also void this warranty.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms and conditions are applicable for the warranty of this product.

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• All returns require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to issue credit for any products received after 60 days.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• To qualify for a return, products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Trays and painted items should be wrapped individually to prevent scratches, chipping, or other damage. Items shipped via truck should be returned using the same method.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the total refund.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• The return policy follows the standard terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
