Instructions For Use:

1. This product may be used at room temperature or chilled. For cold therapy, place the entire product or the removable ball in a freezer for at least 4 hours. Once removed, the ball will remain cold for up to 3 hours. Warning: Do not freeze the ball below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, as this may damage the product or cause skin injury.
2. To massage, hold the handle and glide the ball across the skin using linear or circular motions.
3. Apply only as much pressure as is comfortable to work out tight knots.
4. Lotion or oils may be used, but ensure the product is thoroughly cleaned after use.

Cleaning Instructions: Clean with a damp, soft fabric cloth. Never clean using abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/furniture polish, or paint thinner. The ball can be removed from the handle and cleaned.

Cautions:

• Do not apply directly to swollen or irritated areas, skin eruptions, or open wounds.
• Not intended for use by youngsters. This product is not a toy.
