Instructions for use:

1. The unit arrives fully charged. To start the massage, press the power button once and the massage nodes will begin rotating.
2. Press the power button again to activate the soothing heat function.
3. The unit features an auto-reverse function that periodically changes the direction of the massage nodes during use.
4. To recharge, connect the adapter to the unit and plug it into a wall outlet. Allow up to 4 hours for a full charge, which provides approximately 45 minutes of use.
