Instructions for use:

1. Insert the power cord into a 120-volt AC outlet.
2. Press the power button once to activate the Shiatsu massage function.
3. Press the heat button once to activate soothing heat. Press again to deactivate.
4. For cold therapy, place the gel pack in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove from the freezer and insert it into the pocket on the front flap. The gel pack remains cold for up to 30 minutes of use.
5. When finished, press the power button again to turn off the massage and unplug the pillow.

Cleaning Instructions: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Spot clean only using a soft, slightly damp sponge.
