Instructions for use:
- Insert the power cord into a 120-volt AC outlet.
- Press the power button once to activate the Shiatsu massage function.
- Press the heat button once to activate soothing heat. Press again to deactivate.
- For cold therapy, place the gel pack in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove from the freezer and insert it into the pocket on the front flap. The gel pack remains cold for up to 30 minutes of use.
- When finished, press the power button again to turn off the massage and unplug the pillow.
Cleaning Instructions: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Spot clean only using a soft, slightly damp sponge.
- Never allow water or other liquids to come into contact with the unit.
- Do not immerse the unit in any liquid.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, or strong chemicals that may damage the product.
