HowdaSEAT is a portable lightweight orthopedic chair for adults. It is made from American basswood, and a 100% cotton canvas covering that is placed over the slats. The HowdaSeat's flexibility and strength come from the lightweight nature of the wood. HowdaSeats are designed to embrace the back with recommended ergonomic support. HowdaSEAT is available in 2 sizes: medium and extra large. The extra large seat size is ideal for people with larger body frames who need a greater seating area for comfort.
The HowdaSeat's lightweight design lifts the entire upper body, relieving strain on the neck, shoulders, and back. The release straps make it simple to get into and out of cars. The ergonomically designed adjustable straps can be adjusted to go forward and backward to support particular back issues and/or the shape of the body while seated in different positions. The seat can be used in chairs, folding chairs, couches, airline seats, and cars as well as in front of computers, at the theater, and all places from home to the office.
