Hydrofera Blue Transfer Antibacterial Foam Dressings bring naturally powerful yet gentle care to partial- and full-thickness wounds. The exudate uptake within the dressing allows for the reduction of the potential risk of skin maceration by protecting the edges of the wound. Made with polyurethane (PU) foam and the combination of methylene blue and gentian violet pigments, the dressings provide broad-spectrum antibacterial protection, which reduces bioburden while not inhibiting growth factors. No hydration is required before applying, and the dressing can stay on for up to 7 days, depending on the clinical conditions of the wound.
