HydroSeal Shower Protection Barrier

HydroSeal is a waterproof barrier used to cover and protect any vascular access device, dressing, or surgical incision site during showering or sponge bathing. The HydroSeal Flex utilizes a flexible and stretchable film to provide exceptional patient comfort and greater ease of use, optimizing patient outcomes. The stretchable, flexible film allows full range of motion while preventing leakage.

Caution:

• Single Use Only.
• Dispose of accordingly after use.
• Routinely inspect HydroSeal during showering.
• Do not remove and reposition adhesive once applied to skin.
• Discontinue use if patient has an adverse reaction to or irritation from the product.

Directions for Use:

1. Wash hands and prepare sight accordingly before applying Hydroseal.
2. Assess site and choose the appropriate sized sheet of Hydroseal to cover site. The adhesive border should extend beyond the dressing or area you want to prevent from getting wet.
3. Remove top release liner from adhesive and adhere to skin.
4. Remove the bottom release liner adhesive and adhere to skin.
5. Remove release liner with Performance Enhanced Tabs and adhere to skin.
6. Remove opposite release liner with Performance Enhanced Tabs and adhere to skin.
7. After showering, carefully remove HYDROSEAL in the direction of hair growth and dispose of accordingly.

• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
