Your baby’s health depends on following preparation directions precisely. Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are essential to maintain formula safety and nutrition. Ask your healthcare provider if you need to use cooled, boiled water and whether bottles, nipples, and rings should be sterilized before use.
- Wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly.
- Pour the prescribed amount of water into a clean container.
- Add the directed amount of I-Valex-1 powder (and other prescribed ingredients if required).
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds, or if blending, mix for no more than 5 seconds.
- Transfer the mixture into clean bottles or feeding containers and seal tightly.
- Use within 1 hour of feeding start time; discard any unused formula after this period.
