To apply an InHealth ADDvox Stoma Filter, follow these steps:

1. Cleanse the skin around the stoma with soap and water.
2. Dry the skin thoroughly.
3. Remove the backing from the filter.
4. Center the filter over the stoma, with the adhesive side down.
5. Press the filter firmly onto the skin.
6. Smooth out any wrinkles in the filter.

Safety guidelines:

• Be sure to cleanse the skin around the stoma thoroughly before applying the filter. This will help to prevent infection.
• Make sure that the filter is centered over the stoma and that the adhesive side is down. This will help to ensure a good seal and prevent leakage.
• Press the filter firmly onto the skin to avoid any wrinkles. Wrinkles can cause leakage and irritation.
• Check the filter regularly to make sure that it is still in place and that the seal is still good.

Additional tips:

• You may want to use a barrier ring or powder around the stoma before applying the filter. This can help to protect the skin from irritation and leakage.
