Invacare Matrx® Libra Adjust cushion is a whole solution that has been created with the best possible skin protection, placement, and flexibility to meet individual user needs. The unique contouring of the Libra Adjust cushion optimizes bodily function by giving the pelvic support and balance. The Invacare Libra Adjust cushion is advised for all users, even those who are most vulnerable to skin breakdown. Parts for the Libra Fit Kit are available to address orthopedic concerns and improve immersion. Two (2) fluid supplement packets are one of the elements of the Matrx Libra adjust cushion that are utilized to produce a deep contour pelvic well.
Comes standard with foam base, fluid sac, two (2) fluid supplement pacs, platilon inner liner and Startex® outer cover.

Manufacturer warrants this product as under:
- Three years warranty
- Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
- Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.

Return
Unfortunately, hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, due to health concerns. The only products that can be returned are unopened boxes.
If the product is unopened, then the following policy will be applied:
- No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns will be accepted only if a wrong product is delivered other than what originally ordered or product received with manufacturing defect
- It is customer's responsibility to check the product upon delivery and note any such discrepancy at the earliest and report the dealer.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund and the product must be returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
