The Invacare Matrx PSP (Posture Seat Polymer) cushion is a lightweight solution designed to provide both skin protection and positioning. This cushion requires zero maintenance, providing peace of mind to users. The Matrx PSP cushion features a PS foam base that provides stability and support, combined with a polymer overlay that adds extra protection and shear reduction. This foam cushion is designed to off-load pressure from the hips and thighs, promoting support and stability. Additionally, the Matrx Posture Seat Polymer cushion includes the Startex inner cover to provide extra moisture protection.

Warranty
Manufacturer warrants this product as under:
- Two years warranty
- Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
- Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.

Return
Unfortunately, hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, due to health concerns. The only products that can be returned are unopened boxes.
If the product is unopened, then the following policy will be applied:
- No returns accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns will be accepted only if a wrong product is delivered other than what originally ordered or product received with manufacturing defect
- It is customer's responsibility to check the product upon delivery and note any such discrepancy at the earliest and report the dealer.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund and the product must be returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
